About The Fund
The Cato Family Educational & Burial Fund, Inc. ("The Fund") allows both youth and adult members to pay towards their membership. The annual dues for adults is $60 and $12 for youth under the age of 18. Benefits are only paid to those members who have kept their memberships current over the years. Youth members may request to receive their $1,000 scholarship benefit at the time they are set to enroll in college. Adult members designate a beneficiary who may request the burial benefit upon the members death. At which time, beneficiaries receive $2,000 to defer the costs of funeral expenses.
The Fund is managed by a board of officers representing each of the children of Boise and Julia to ensure the interests of all branches are being met.
